Sessions are £40 each.
What can mindfulness help with?
Mindfulness works on your self awareness, helping you to feel calm and less stressed. You may learn how to respond to your thoughts and feelings and work better with difficult feelings. It can help with stress, poor sleep quality, blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression.
