What is the cost of this service?

Classes are £4 per session or £35 for 10 sessions.

Meditation provides practical and emotional support for anyone affected by mental stress or anxiety.

Are you experiencing anxiety, mood disturbance or stress?

Learning meditation techniques can help you cope better with difficulties such as illness or stress, whilst experiencing inner peace and a clear sense of the present moment.

What does it involve?
You don't need to know anything about meditation to start - it is easy for anyone to learn.


No religious or philosophical beliefs are needed and everyone is welcome.

Nothing unusual is involved, there is no chanting and we all sit on ordinary chairs.
