Kate and Tamar offer in person sessions at Anstey library and we all offer online video counselling. Kate and Jodi also offer telephone counselling.
We are based at Anstey Community Library, Paper Mill Close, Anstey LE7 7AU in an office within the library building. The building is wheelchair accessible. If your session is during library opening hours a small coffee shop is available.
We are happy to work with most issues, both short- and long-term, so please get in touch either by phone, text or email and we can discuss your needs.
Sessions can be paid for with cash (at the start of your face to face session) or by bank transfer (before your session). All online and telephone sessions must be paid for by bank transfer before the session. If you are with BUPA, then your counsellor will invoice them directly.

I offer online video call counselling using Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
I accept BUPA insurance for both online and face to face sessions. Please contact BUPA before making contact to ensure you are covered by your policy. They will then give you an authorisation number, which I will need before sessions begin.
